Refund policy

Yates Integrations sells professional services and digital engineering documents. Refund terms differ by product type:

**Remote consults (Quick Hit, Deep Dive, Pre-Build Architecture Review)**

- Reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled call.

- Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

- Once a consult has been delivered (call held and punch list / action plan sent), it is not refundable.

**Custom schematic services (Single Circuit, System Package, Full Vehicle)**

- Deposits are fully refundable any time before drawing work begins.

- Once drawing has started, the deposit is non-refundable; you owe nothing further if you cancel before delivery.

- Delivered schematics include two revision rounds. If a delivered diagram contains an error on our side, we correct it at no charge — that commitment does not expire with the revision rounds.

**Digital products (guides and blueprints)**

- Digital files cannot be returned; all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

- Purchased by mistake and haven't downloaded? Contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
